Our Service and website are intended for business use (B2B). We do collect only very basic information for communication purpose - company name and address, user business's e-mail address. Additionally,  user the can add additional information (optional) – All this data are used for reporting purpose, and not processed outside user account unless the user manually turns on sharing.

Chromachecker does the process of measurement data for inter-user and device-like analysis. In this case, data become anonymous.

ChromaChecker Accountability Inspector will send reminders, alerts and system notifications to e-mail addresses or text messages on business phone numbers. All information will be sent by the User mail server. 

The User providing to a system a list of employees that contain first name, family name,  e-mail addresses, and bussiness phone numbers, personally assume the obligation to ensure that the transmitted data do not violate workers' rights and the rights to protection of personal data.
