2025 Color Quality Conference

Hello!

My name is David Hunter, and welcome to the launch of the 2025 Color Quality Conference. You may remember the GATF Color Conference I co-founded in 1999 and moderated through the first eight years before handing it over to PIA in 2007. I have served on the planning committee every year since 1999, and since PIA is not hosting such an event next year, our team is moving forward with producing a color-quality conference in 2025. It will occur in New Port Richey, Florida, from January 28th through the 30th.

Color Quality and Color Communication are exciting topics in which I welcome you to participate. Please mark your calendars for January 28th through the 30th, 2025, and plan to join our team for this year's Color Quality Conference 2025 in New Port Richey, Florida!

The conference will:

1. Be applicable and practical to attendees’ work practices.

2. Assist attendees in effectively performing their jobs more efficiently.

3. Provide ample hands-on sessions to perform the steps being taught.

4. Provide the opportunity to share ideas to help lead color quality.

5. Be part of a color-quality community highlighting technology advancements and industry trends.

Preliminary Schedule of Activities

We will host a cocktail reception on Monday evening, during which all attendees can meet and share work experiences with others.

Tuesday, January 28th, will include several sessions covering topics applicable to brand and print manufacturers. After the day’s sessions have concluded, there will be an open Q&A forum where we will invite attendees to share their top questions from the day. Industry experts will be on hand to help answer the questions.

We have a choice of three good, better, and best hotels, with a shuttle service available at the beginning and end of each day. The best hotel is straight out of 1927. It is called the Hacienda and is located on the Cottee River. This is a part of old Florida with a fantastic downtown area comprised of an abundance of shops and restaurants and shuttle availability to and from the Conference Venue. There are only 40 rooms at the Hacienda, so you’ll want to book early (888.845.5621) – limited rooms are available at a special price of $139/night – please ask for Rafe and the Color Conference rate. The second hotel is brand new, opened six months ago, and is the Comfort Inn and Suites, also on a shuttle route each morning and evening. The phone number is 727.233.5014. Use Color Conference to get the best rate. The excellent hotel is the Quality Inn and Suites, where the conference runs in New Port Richey (727) 847-9005.

Due to popular demand, we are doing the Sunset boat cruise again. As always, there is limited seating,
so reserve your spot early to guarantee a seat on the boat.
