Everyday Color Management Practice
This year's Color Quality Conference stands out as the sole event offering hands-on training and software licenses. You'll return to your shop equipped to seamlessly integrate ICC Profiles and G7 curves into your production processes. The upcoming conference in New Port Richey, Florida, will feature hands-on workshops dedicated to empowering attendees with the best practices for color control across their devices. The 2024 conference is scheduled for January 30, 31, and February 1. Hosted at the newly renovated Quality Inn and some attendees will return to the stunningly restored Hacienda. Transportation between hotels and the conference center will be provided. Due to increased demand, this year's conference will take place at the convention space in the Quality Inn, as we've outgrown our previous venue. Topics for conference: Hands on, Train the Trainer, CertificationEmployee turnover poses a significant challenge in print organizations. Our sessions address this by empowering operators with printer operation and maintenance insights, crucial for profitability and customer retention. Learn to configure and implement a color conformance platform, ensuring operator accountability and real-time reporting for profitable and accurate printed results across all devices. We offer full-day, hands-on courses covering configuring and maintaining both digital/large format printers and conventional presses (flexo/offset/screen/gravure). The morning sessions focus on practical training: calibration (G7/near neutral), profiling (ICC), and stabilizing the printing process. Afternoons include a train-the-trainer segment, equipping operators with compliance standards and troubleshooting techniques if a print doesn't meet acceptance criteria. Our E-Factor system aligns tasks with technical capabilities, ensuring efficient task delegation. At the sessions' conclusion, administrators will possess the necessary software and curriculum to implement a color management platform at their plant. This includes deploying it to operators to uphold color accuracy. Many companies face challenges in sustaining color management due to insufficient operator training. Managing multiple devices and variables becomes overwhelming for a single person. ChromaChecker uniquely enables administrators to assign tasks to existing operators, ensuring consistent color configurations across all variables, from measurement devices to proofers, printers, presses, and plates. In addition, we have beginning and advanced sessions that will help your attendees get more out of their ChromaChecker platform. Social Events:Tuesday 6:00 — Dented Keg – Beer Bingo Wednesday 4:30–6:30 — Sunset Cruise (limited seats, first registered will guarantee a spot) All new users will receive a six-month license for one printer for any type of printing device.
