You'll return to your shop equipped to seamlessly integrate ICC Profiles and G7 curves into your production processes and match brand colors easier than ever before. The upcoming conference in New Port Richey, Florida, will feature hands-on workshops dedicated to empowering attendees with the best practices for color control across their devices. The 2025 conference is scheduled for January 28,29,30. Conference will be at the renovated Quality Inn but nicer hotel rooms are available at the brand new Comfort Inn and Suites as well as the restored Hacienda. Transportation between hotels and the conference center will be provided. Due to increased demand, this year's conference will take place at the convention space in the Quality Inn, as we've outgrown our previous venue. Topics for conference: Hands on, Train the Trainer, CertificationEmployee turnover poses a significant challenge in print organizations. Our sessions address this by empowering operators with printer operation and maintenance insights, crucial for profitability and customer retention. Kickoff Session – Where are you at in your color control journey? Are you just beginning to ensure that all your printers are consistent from day to day? Or have you used G7 methodology to get your conventional printers gray balanced for one substrate. Are you using ICC Profile conversions for your digital printers? Can you tell me how close each printer is matching GRACoL? Can you tell me how close any printer is matching to any other printer? But what is next? G7+ or Assessing customer acceptable, or waste? You color journey should be based on Color Expectations, for both process (page matching) and brand colors matching and define how close is close enough. And communicate to your operators, sales people, management, and customers! This session will help you define where you are in your maturity of implementing a Print Quality Platform for your organization. |

TUTORIAL: Hands-on – If you have an RGB Workflow, this scenario will be critical to success. We will take you through how to create a control strip with both RGB and CMYK values and how to print through workflow and assess results. The RGB reports if the color conversion was performed correctly and the CMYK date reports that the printer is printing correctly. |
TUTORIAL: Making a Project to assess if third party is printing to your companies expectations. As a Printer – do you ever ask other printers to print work on your behalf? If so, would you like to have an automated way to electronically communicate the print requirements, and then be able to receive the print quality data back from them showing that they printed to your companies exceptions? |
