Color Quality Conference, 2024

$495.00 / Person

This next Color Quality Conference is in the planning stages to ensure we deliver top content that can be practically implemented the day you are back in your office. This conference will be held again in New Port Richey, Florida. The conference will again provide hands-on workshops to help attendees learn how to best color control their color devices. The dates for the 2024 conference are January 30, 31, and February 1, and the host hotels will again be the beautifully restored 1920s Hacienda and the recently renovated Quality Inn. Transportation will be provided between hotels and the conference center. We have outgrown the conference space from last year's conference, so we have reserved the convention space at the Quality Inn.

Employee turnover is one of the most challenging aspects of running a print organization. Helping the operator understand how to operate and maintain a printer is paramount to increasing profitability and customer retention. Our sessions will tell your color admin how to configure and deploy a color conformance platform that helps keep operators accountable and provides management with real-time reporting showing that all color manufacturing devices are profitable and accurate in their printed results.
We have full-day hands-on courses dedicated to configuring and maintaining digital/large format printers and conventional (flexo/offset/screen/gravure) presses. The first half of each day will be education via hands-on training on how to: calibrate (G7), profile (ICC), and stabilize the printing process. The second half of the day provides a train-the-trainer course on deploying operators with the proper pass-fail compliance and training materials to help the operator troubleshoot the printer should they not get an acceptable pass-fail grade on the print. Moreover, the E-Factor system for assessing expectations and quality of process printing will allow you to match tasks to technical capabilities.
At the conclusion of these sessions, the administrator will have all the software and curriculum to go back to their plant, implement a color management platform, and deploy it to their operators to ensure the color accuracy is maintained. We guarantee it, as long as the company already has a measurement device and will to.
Often, a company will implement a color management process, but it falls apart quickly because the operators are not trained to sustain it. One person within an organization cannot single-handedly manage all cases on all devices (measurement, lighting, proofers, printers, presses, plates). Only ChromaChecker allows an administrator to assign tasks to existing operators to ensure all of these variables maintain the color configurations.
In addition, we have beginning and advanced sessions that will help your attendees get more out of their ChromaChecker platform.

All participants receive a six-month license for one printer for any printing device.
Attendees can be Certified on ChromaChecker by coming to the conference.
