Analyze paper or textile
The tool is designed to analyze, manage (create libraries) and do tracking is Substrate Inspector.
Whenever substrate ( paper, plastic, textile) is NOT 100% opaque it is important to measure it on a Black and White Substrate Backer which is manufactured according to ISO standards. During the measurements, a series of measurements using White and Black Backer using various M-conditions ( MO, M1, M2) creates a detailed spectral fingerprint of raw material before production. Additional data (caliper, glossines, grammage) helps create a more complete picture.
