Plugins are optional extensions to the ChromaChecker desktop applications. Some of them connect to services outside ChromaChecker, or to equipment on your own network, and those carry supplementary terms in addition to the End-User License Agreement — the EULA covers the application, a Plugin's terms cover that Plugin.
They apply only to Plugins you install. If you never install a Plugin, its terms never apply to you, and a change to them does not change your agreement with ChromaChecker.
Each document is versioned. When a Plugin's terms change, the new version replaces the old one at the same address, the previous versions stay readable in that page's revision history, and the application asks your organisation's administrator to accept the change before the Plugin continues to be used.

Every other Plugin has a page of its own too, listing what it does and what it sends anywhere — which for most of them is nothing. A Plugin whose page says so operates entirely on the computer it runs on and is covered by the EULA alone.

Licences. Plugin licences belong to your organisation and are assigned to a specific computer — unlike your ChromaChecker login, which works on any machine. See EULA §2.4.
