Installation Issues

  • Is Your system compatible with our software - check the requirement here
  • Are you installing software with administrator Privileges?
  • Is your problem related to third-party components provided by the installer?
  • Do you have a stable connection to the Internet?

I still have a problem with the installation of the software

I can launch CC Capture but can't connect to the Instrument

  • Some Instruments require drivers installed by Installer- some are not installed by default and the User has to check corresponding checkboxes
  • In your operating system check if Instrument is recognized properly. In some cases, the best way is to install manufacturer software
  • Most software delivered by the manufacturer has diagnostic features, also there is often the possibility to upgrade firmware to the most recent - perform all upgrades and testing procedures.
  • Be sure that your cable and socket are correct. 
  • To connect the Instrument you need to enter Organization's name. (If not sure try testing organization SampleDemo). Contact your account administrator to check the proper name

I can connect my Instrument but have a problem with Operator's credentials

  • If you have Credentials try to login into Operator's interface. You may also use Sample Demo credentials
  • Check your Internet connection status
  • You may exceed a limit of Instruments than can be registered - contact the account administrator if the system returns such message.
  • Open Instrument Information and Log for potential error messages

Send feedback using the internal application function designed for this purpose.

If you can log in but any of your Inspectors are not ready to use - contact your account administrator - your privileges are not set correctly
