Locations
The users that require advanced reporting optional parameter Locations can be defined.
A list of Locations is available from the top menu in Accountability Inspector
And can look like this:
Each printing device can be assigned to a predefined Location.
Various tools enable filtering by Location. The following example shows presses divided by Locations ( Print Inspector Dashboard), but Locations are very useful in other places like Performance Reporting.
