Your E-Factor is 4

An E-Factor of 4 is better than most printers in North America can achieve on a regular basis. You need to be cautious about what printer will reproduce your work. An E-Factor of 4 requires great care to apply a high level of process control to each printing device and top-quality equipment, such as automated measurement devices, and quality control reporting being created for every job. Operators should be trained in color control, not just density control. Ideally, closed loop software and optimization software should be used to help reduce the volatility of color shifts that can happen on the press. Minimally, you should find a printer that is at least G7 ColorSpace qualified for the printing aim that you want to match. Be sure to qualify, with your potential printers, by asking what their E-Factor is and making sure the printers E-Factor is 4 or less.
