Troubleshooting CC-2D Barcode Reader
Steps to fix potential issues
- Check the USB port - this device requires approximately 150 mA
- The LED on the top of the reader indicates device activity
- The trigger initiates the reading of the code
- The operating system recognizes the device - there is no conflict in the list.
- Reset the device ( just in case) and set up HID connection mode by scanning maintenance codes
