Troubleshooting Spectro 1 Bridge

  1. Check if the battery is fully charged.
  2. Be sure that you have admin privileges to install software
  3. Check if the device driver is properly installed in your system
    — on Windows go to Device Manager 
    — on Mac enter System Information
    If the driver is not installed properly get it from the Silicon Las page here (go to the "Downloads" tab)
